Laura Alexander joined the kitchen staff in August of 2023. In February of 2024, she became the Food Service Manager. She has two sons who attended Casowasco in the summers. She has a BS in Elementary Education and has worked in schools while her children were school aged and volunteered for a local soup kitchen for 10 years afterward. She is a member of Lansing UMC, where she helped to feed the homeless during Covid. She volunteered at Casowasco for a time on Sundays welcoming new campers and counselors to the new week. She is so grateful to be here to welcome you Home again.
